Office work, household responsibilities, any problem in the household, lack of finances, you don’t know what stress you have to go through throughout the day. You may also feel extremely tired. As a result of this, you will get angry and irritated on small things. In the meantime, you will have a strong desire to eat sweet, salty or greasy food. According to dietitian, eat booster foods in this situation. It will improve your mood quickly and prevent you from gaining weight.

According to dietitians, our brain releases hormones called dopamine and serotonin, which are closely related to mood. Doctors call it the ‘feel good hormone’. The ‘feel good hormone’ controls a person’s mood, appetite, sleep, learning and memory functions. If these hormones are produced less in the body, we feel tired and depressed. We get angry even when someone speaks. We can’t even sleep properly.

If these hormones are released in the body in the right amount, then we stay happy and fresh.  If you like to eat a lot of sweet, salty and greasy food, do not eat chocolate, samosa, pizza, burger, sandwich etc. at this time. When you eat these things, the faster the feel-good hormones are made in the body, the faster they are produced.
