4. Eat fish at least three times a week. People suffering from heart disease should consume fish oil capsules regularly. Naturally occurring oily fish and fish oil are sources of omega-3 fatty acids.
5. Olive oil is a source of omega 3 fatty acids. But mainly vegetable oil contains omega 6 fatty acids which increase internal inflammation in the body and cause heart attacks and other chronic diseases.
