Revitalize your life after COVID-19

Date:

Exercise improves the body’s immune system. As both communicable and non-communicable diseases increase their ability to fight disease, physical activity should be given priority. Physical exercise improves muscle dryness, muscle imbalance, muscle tightness and discomfort.

People who exercise and do yoga never get sick easily. The disease only attacks the weak body and the person exercising is always healthy and strong. That is why exercise is the only solution to avoid illness.

Regular physical movement can improve your muscle strength and boost your stamina. Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. And when your heart and lung health get better, you have more vigor to tackle daily chores.

Work-from-home environment

Due to the COVID-19, most of the people are working in a work-from-home environment. When working from home, you should also pay attention to your physical health.

When working in the office, it is done by keeping the back straight and sitting in a chair. Even working 8 hours is not that difficult. When working from home, you are working on your laptop in your bed or sofa or kitchen. Many people have been suffering from back and neck pain due to poor posture while working continuously.

This can lead to bone loss and intoxication in future. You should pay attention to the posture while working. You have to keep moving even while working. Take a break for 15 to 20 minutes after each work, walk few steps around and stretch your body for 15 seconds. Your chest muscles might be tight.

You can do exercise at your home. Moving around the room, stretching the chest with both hands on the side, walking on ladder is also necessary, while working in your home.

If you have been sitting for a long time, you should move your legs. Stretching the legs can lead to joint movement and less back pain.
