Effects on the brain:

Smoking affects the brain more than other parts of the body. Smoking inhibits the central nervous system that controls the brain. Tobacco, nicotine damages the nerves of the brain. A person who smokes a lot loses the ability to think and remember. People who give up smoking after a long time have problems like stroke, anxiety, depression.

Risk for the heart:

People who smoke heavily also have heart problems. The cardiovascular system is damaged due to smoking. Nicotine constricts blood vessels entering the body. This leads to problems in blood flow. Blood clotting in the body of smokers and blood pressure also become a problem.

According to CDC, Smoking increases the formation of plaque in blood vessels. Coronary Heart Disease occurs when arteries that carry blood to the heart muscle are narrowed by plaque or blocked by clots. Chemicals in cigarette smoke cause the blood to thicken and form clots inside veins and arteries.

Danger for the stomach:

Smoking damages the digestive process. It affects the stomach, causing constipation, indigestion, gas, loss of appetite, acidity and the risk of diabetes. Teeth: The teeth of people who smoke for a long time are also affected. People who smoke have a lot of problems with gum infection. Also, the teeth are weak.
